How the price is actually built
A vape cartridge programme only works when three numbers agree: your shelf price, your reorder cycle and your defect tolerance. Change one and the plan moves. We build assortments around those three and we say so up front rather than after the invoice.
Unit price breaks usually land at 100, 300 and 600 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
We publish a realistic band of 1.85 to 5.80 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
How we structure a first order
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the vape cartridge list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
Most first-time buyers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. Getting the documents right
