How the price is actually built

We publish a realistic band of 1.80 to 5.33 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Unit price breaks usually land at 240, 600 and 1200 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
Sell-through notes for the shop floor
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep vape cartridges at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
Choosing the core line
