We publish a realistic band of 1.79 to 5.51 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.
How we structure a first order
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the vape cartridge list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
